Clear Sky Estates, White Mountain Estates, Antelope Valley,
Whispering Winds, Miracle Meadows
Since 1998, Tom Malot Construction Co. Inc. has built quality, affordable housing in White City. The first of these projects was Clear Sky Estates, which broke ground in Fall 1998. The 58-home development was the first frame-built home project in the area for nearly 25 years. Tom Malot Construction became involved following completion of 11 duplexes on land development by Dave Freel (also the developer for Clear Sky Estates). Tom Malot Construction Company employed seven Boise Cascade workers who had been laid off due to a Labor Day fire in September 1998. Clear Sky Estates created affordable housing, priced under $100,000, and the company also used profits to help buyers with their down payment--in some cases, contributing up to 3 percent of the purchase value, helping people move into new homes with $500 or less.

Developments & Custom Homes
Central Point

In Central Point, chief projects include Jackson Creek Estates, with more than 250 homes, a city park, and beautifully landscaped grounds and greenway. Tom Malot Construction not only developed the entire subdivision, but also built the lion's share of the custom homes. Other projects in Central Point include the Mitchell's Landing, Valley Estates, and Mazama subdivisions.

Community Bible Church, Central Point

In June 2003, Tom Malot Construction Co. tackled a $1.7 million remodel and expansion project which added 23,000 sqft to the Central Point Community church. 50 employees and subcontractors worked for eight months on the project, which included a new gymnasium, a dozen classrooms, bathrooms, and new foyer. The addition enabled the church to extend its cooperative efforts with Central Point schools, including afternoon tutoring programs and sporting events. A new roof and structural improvements marked the beginning of the project.

Other commercial projects include the 14,000-square-foot National Floor Building on Cardinal Avenue, a 3,000- square-foot Head Start office on Merriman Road as well as a 40-unit, 45,000-square-foot apartment complex.
